On July 26, 2023, Eastern International University (EIU) welcomed a delegation of faculty and students from Portland State University, United States, for an exchange program.

On July 21, 2023, EIU welcomed and worked with the delegation of the University of Malaya - Malaysia, University of Finance - Marketing. The program is organized to implement exchange and cooperation activities between EIU and prestigious domestic and international universities.

On the morning of July 12, 2023, at the Binh Duong Convention and Exhibition Center, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province (Vietnam) and the Government of Nebraska State (USA) on establishing the relationship between the two countries, cooperation and twinning system on the basis of the principle of equality and mutual benefit, with many meaningful contents in order to cooperate and develop comprehensively.
