The major event was joined by nearly 500 delegates, including leaders from the Vietnamese Government, ministries, cities, provinces; experts, diplomats, representatives from business associations, research institutes, national and international universities.
On September 27, 2022, a delegation from the significant event paid a visit to EIU, an important element playing a significant role in the Binh Duong Smart City project.
EIU was founded by Becamex IDC, which is also the main investor. Operating under the model of a corporate university, EIU plays an important role in the implementation of goals and strategies through each development period of the leading multi-sector corporation. EIU is a core in the Binh Duong Smart City and Innovation Zone project.

Taking part in the outstanding project, EIU performs the task of training high-quality human resources with expertise, practice skills and being fluent in English to meet the requirements of smart production and digital transformation of the 4th industrial revolution. Not just that, EIU is also a center for research, technology application and transfer, helping attract human resources to Binh Duong to study, work and research; promoting the knowledge-based economy for socio-economic development of Binh Duong province and the Southern Key Economic Zone as a whole.
