B\u00ecnh D\u01b0\u01a1ng is now one of the leading economic and industrial development centers in Vietnam, ranking in the top 3 nationwide for FDI attraction and having the highest per capita income in the country. As part of its new development phase, outlined in B\u00ecnh D\u01b0\u01a1ng\u2019s master plan until 2030 with a vision to 2050, the province has committed to continuous efforts towards sustainable development through science, technology, and innovation. Sharing at the opening ceremony, L\u00ea Anh Ti\u1ebfn expressed: “I think everyone will make their own choice about their dream university, and I\u2019m no exception.
